○ High rigidity
○ Fully equipped. The optimally designed track structure is analyzed by finite elements to obtain the best rigidity and weight. The analysis is as shown in the figure below
Modular
Through modular design, SFKK industrial robots integrate ball screws and linear slides, which can eliminate the shortcomings of traditional actuation platforms such as the selection of guide and drive components, installation and verification, large size, and space estimation. Therefore, SFKK industrial robots can provide features such as quick selection, installation, compact size, and high rigidity, which can significantly reduce the user's usage space and time.
Equal load in four directions
The return flow system between the track and the slider has a 2-row Goethe tooth design on the contact surface between the balls and the ball groove, with a 45-degree contact angle. This design allows the SFKK industrial robot to withstand equal loads in four directions. .
High rigidity
The track configuration adopts a U-shaped section, and through the design of finite element analysis software, a balance point is achieved in volume and rigidity, making the track highly rigid, compact in size, and light in weight.
Diversified specifications
In response to various use needs, the following types of SFKK industrial robots have been developed, allowing customers to choose according to use needs, space, and load.
